Position Overview

G6 is seeking a VP of Investor Relations with a proven track record of success in building an IR function in a public fast-growing technology company. The applicant should have experience within or have acted for a growth stage publicly listed corporate organization, with relevant experience in investor relations, corporate transactions, and public equity markets. The role will act as the primary interface between the Company's senior management and technical teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare, lead, and conduct investor/broker/analyst presentations for the Company.
    • Plan, lead, and implement investor marketing activities.
    • Work with creative professionals such as graphic designers, video producers, and marketing officials to create investor-grade promotional materials.
    • Prepare and manage internal and external marketing materials including websites, investor webinars, social media, and fact sheets.
    • Lead Company IR activities in preparing for a potential listing on the NASDAQ stock exchange
    • Coordinate with our management team to help reinforce the Company narrative
    • Undertake competitor analysis and keep up to date on industry trends and developments

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering/technical field
    • 7+ years of experience in IR or similar roles within a growth stage publicly listed company.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a global business across organizational and geographical interfaces
    • Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and simplify, prepare and distribute appropriate messaging to a non-technical audience
    • Experience in a publicly traded company listed on US or Canadian markets
    • Experience working with technology companies is advantageous
    • Experience with generating high-quality investor-grade content, examples of past work would be strongly appreciated
