All Resolutions Were Approved by the Shareholders Represented by Proxy at the Meeting

a company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, is pleased to announce the results of voting at its annual general and special meeting of shareholders which was held on December 16, 2021 in Vancouver, British Columbia (the “Meeting”).  The shareholders represented by proxy at the Meeting held 52,923,199 common shares, which constituted 32.3% of the Company’s total issued and outstanding common shares.  The voting results for each matter presented at the Meeting is set out below:
