All Resolutions Were Approved by the Shareholders Represented by Proxy at the Meeting

announces the results of voting at its annual general and special meeting of shareholders which was held on December 14, 2022 (the “Meeting”).  The shareholders represented by proxy at the Meeting held 48,662,344 common shares, which constituted 29.7% of the Company’s total issued and outstanding common shares.  The voting results for each matter presented at the Meeting is set out below:
